We are actively promoting flexible working options, helping you to manage a work / life balance Job overviewLincolnshire Renal Community TeamPart time posts of 20 hours per week We are looking for a part time health care assistants to join our small renal community team in Lincolnshire. The post is for 20 hours per week to be worked over 3 days between Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am to 8pm.The post is varied and will involve:• Assisting the trained staff in caring for the patients in their own home and within the unit• Visiting patients to commence their peritoneal dialysis treatment and disconnect them• Performing blood test as required• Performing other tests as requested• Assisting in the clinicsYou will need to have good communication skills, good IT skills and be a team player and able to work on your ownRenal experience is not necessary as full training will be givenCar driver is essential for this roleFor further information please contactJane Meadows Community sister on 07884 187165Main duties of the job Provide clinical and non-clinical support to the multiprofessional team under the direction of an appropriateregistered health care professional.
