Position: RMN STAFF NURSE – MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES Location: MANCHESTER Salary: c£39K PER ANNUM Hours: 42 HOURS / WEEK – OVERTIME AVAILABLE – DAYS OR NIGHTS Coben Healthcare are proud to be partnering with an exclusive specialist Mental Health Services client in the Greater Manchester area, who are organically growing due to their excellent reputation. A great opportunity has arisen for an RMN qualified Nurse, to work in a 4 bedded Mental Health Nursing Home in Manchester with “Good” CQC Ratings in all areas. They provide individually tailored, person centred care to adults. Reporting to the Registered Manager / Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of care. Job Requirements: * Positively supporting the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead in providing care to the service users * Managing individual care plans & files * Ability to assess & evaluate service user needs * Keeping accurate administrative records Skills / Qualifications: * RMN Qualified * Proven track record in delivery of high-quality mental health care * Extensive Mental Health Sector experience * Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards * Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff For a confidential discussion contact Shaheena @ Coben Healthcare or apply online
