Company DescriptionAt Home Instead, we're inviting you to be a part of our evening Care Professional team in Stockport taking calls between 5:30pm-10:15pm (the specific hours are your choice). Offer companionship, support, and happiness to our clients, all while enjoying the flexibility that comes with evening working.At Home Instead we have minimum 1-hour calls plus suitable travel time to ensure you are not rushed with clients, with mileage reimbursement of 45p/mile. We work to match our Care Professionals and clients together so memorable connections can be established. All initial calls with a client who is new to you will be introductions with the support of another colleague, so you can really get to know your client and their needsJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Offering warmth and care during evening visits.Enhance the home atmosphere by aiding in light household chores and evening meal preparations.Help clients cherish their night time routine, sharing in activities such as reading or watching favourite TV shows.Support with personal care tasks such as showering, washing hair, and getting changed.Ensure transparent communication with clients and loved ones, offering first-rate care and comfort.Requirements:Experience is not required; we offer comprehensive in-house training. However, any previous care experience either professional or personal is an advantage.Must have an excellent command of written and spoken English.You must have a driving licence and dependable transportation for various duties.You must be reliable and punctual to ensure we can continue to provide an excellent service to our clients.Must have a caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.Additional Requirements:Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.UK residency is essential, and we cannot provide working visas.Benefits:Earn £12.80 per hour, doubled on bank holidays, plus 45p/mile mileage reimbursement.No uniform, you will wear casual dress.Initial paid face-to-face training plus opportunities for further development.Refer a Friend bonus for both you and your friend.Ready to transform weekends for those in need?
