You will consistently ensure that a patient's privacy, dignity and psychological well-being is maintained, and at all times, the care given is patient centred.You need to have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. We require individuals who are forward thinking, well organised and with a positive attitude towards flexibility and change.The successful candidate may be required to rotate through the other Outpatients areas, to support during times of A/L and sickness. Recent Outpatient Experience would be an advantage but not essential.The working pattern is flexible, in order to meet the needs of the service.
