As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will: Lead and coordinate daily ward activities. Give guidance and mentorship to the nursing team and students. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth operation of the ward. Make safe and informed discharge judgments in collaboration with consultants. Deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
