We are looking for a Hospital Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM). Building relationships within the hospital sector and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Commercial Programmes : Be ready to discuss your experience in implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximize sales benefits within key accounts. Market Understanding : Highlight your ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and identify commercial threats and opportunities. Stakeholder Communication : Emphasize your skills in communicating the implications and impact of commercial programmes to various stakeholders. Collaboration : Showcase your experience in collaborating with different departments such as marketing, finance, and supply teams. Relationship Building : Provide examples of how you have built and sustained long-term relationships with key customers and internal/external organizations. Skills Requirements Sales Experience : Discuss your experience selling to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups, especially with generic and hospital products. Adaptability : Demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies. Relationship Building : Highlight your ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. Presentation Skills : Share examples of your strong presentation skills. Client-Focused Solutions : Provide instances where you delivered client-focused solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiation Skills : Emphasize your excellent listening and negotiating skills. Numeracy and Attention to Detail : Show your strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Teamwork and Independence : Illustrate your ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Technical Proficiency : Mention your proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
