Care Services Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Care Services Manager to oversee the management and development of high-quality Domiciliary Care Services for the elderly and vulnerable individuals. The role involves managing branch operations, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities : Manage business/branch operations across a defined geography, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including public sector bodies. Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain dignity in care. Provide management information and oversee care scheduling to meet service users’ needs. Handle complaints, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring service standards are met. Required Qualifications & Experience : SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management. Minimum 3 years of senior operational experience in Adult Domiciliary Care. Proven track record in managing and growing domiciliary care services. Experience in contract negotiations and financial performance management. Additional Requirements : PVG Membership, SSSC registration. Flexibility to work out-of-hours and participate in on-call duties. Travelling across Scotland, will be required with this position. Car allowance and mileage will be paid.
