Job Details: - 35 hours per week - £13.00 per hour - Hybrid work arrangement once trained Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and provide assistance - Troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone - Demonstrate empathetic and excellent communication skills ?
