Join our network of dedicated professionals making a difference in patient care! Role Overview: As a Locum Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide essential pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. You’ll work closely with the healthcare team to optimize medication management for patients and ensure their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough medication reviews and assessments. Collaborate with medical staff to formulate and adjust treatment plans. Provide expert advice on drug therapy, including dosage and interactions. Engage in patient counseling and education regarding medication use. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations. Support the training and development of junior pharmacy staff as needed. Qualifications: Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Previous clinical pharmacy experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
