Diabetes Nurse

Job Title: Diabetes Nurse – Community (Children and Young People) Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Diabetes Nurse to join the CYP Diabetes Team in Southport. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, providing community-based care. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialist diabetes care and management for children and young people, conducting both home visits and clinic appointments. * Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients. * Initially, you will be supported through a shadow shift to ensure a smooth transition into the role. * Position Details: * Location: Southport * Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 (Full-time) * Contract Duration: 3 months * Weekday Rate: £25.74 per hour * Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: * Experience in diabetes management, particularly in community settings * Ability to work across home visits and clinic settings How to Apply: If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV
