Our community-based support care workers provide care to our service users within their own homes to help them remain as independent as possible. Experience isn't always necessary as we have a comprehensive training and Induction course and shadow with you until you are ready. The Role of a community care assistant includes: Providing personal care including administering of medication Supporting our service users with social activities Supporting with domestic taskswithin their homes Offering companionship to our service users What Abbots Care Dorset can offer you: Hourly rate of £12.82 - guaranteed hours Fantastic rates of pay with paid mileage of 45 pence (Highest in the area) Flexible hours and working patterns Full and part time hours available between 7am - 10pm Guaranteed hours whether we give you care calls or not Full Inhouse paid training and DBS Blue Light Discount to use in restaurants and high street stores Paid ongoing development and Diplomas Access to our brand-new Care Worker Wellbeing App and Rewards. Employees have the option of contracts up to 40hrs with salaries of £26,665.60 per annum depending on their availability.
