*Team Leader - Days*PermanentNew Build 62 Bed Care Home situated in the Lincolnshire coastal town of Mablethorpe in the county of Lincolnshire. The Home will offer Day, Respite, Residential and Dementia Care in a state-of-the-art new purpose built home.The Fitzwilliam Care Centre are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as a Night Team Leader to provide the best in dedicated care at our New Residential / Dementia Care Home.Working within a supportive team, you will be helping to provide the best possible, person-centred care to our elderly residents to help them feel comfortable and secure in the home, whilst ensuring to help maintain their independence, dignity and, above all, control of their own lives.Working 4 nights per week, 8am – 8pm. Alternate weekends.*Job Responsibilities:** Providing high standards of physical and emotional support and care to our residents* Support with residents everyday living tasks but with tailored, person centred approach, dependant on each individuals needs* Supporting residents to be as active and independent as possible* Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns* Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe* Experience in administration of medication* Care Planning experience* Lead a team*What we are looking for:** Previous experience in a Senior Role essential, NVQ level 3 desirable.* Caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others in a safe manner* Be confident and able to lead a team.* Strong communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £12.52 per hourBenefits:* Company pension* Free parking* On-site parkingSchedule:* Night shiftWork Location: In personReference ID: Team Leader - Nights
