Regional Lead Paediatric Nurse

Search are seeking 3 Regional Lead Nurses for a fantastic London and South East based Client who are true experts in nurse-led complex care. Role Purpose The Regional Lead Nurse is responsible for ensuring clinical and reputational success of the client within a defined region. Reporting to the Director of Nursing and working in close partnership with the Regional Care Manager, you will lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region and be responsible for the achievement of service delivery and growth, and client, carer and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed quality objectives. You will have a key role in driving business growth creating and building on good relationships with all key stakeholders. You will oversee and manage new packages in a safe and timely manner.
