Salary: £42403 - £49498Shift hours: 37This is an exciting opportunity to have a “Key Role” in combining direct practice with service and professional development.You will be assisting the Edge Of Care Services Manager by providing reflective supervision to staff, advising on roles and practices, contributing to audits, action plans, and communication, preparing for supervision, deputising at meetings, and covering rotas. Additionally, you will be managing the operations of the Reunification Service, supporting staff meetings, undertake development tasks, ensure quality assurance, and provide constructive feedback. All tasks should align with departmental policy and include management oversight of court reports and on-call duties as required.Fixed Term contract for 12 months.This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).In order to shape and deliver our services in an effective way, we want to ensure that we have employees from a range of different backgrounds, identities and different lived experiences so that we are able to meet the needs of all the communities that we serve.
