Sociable hours can be rare in the world of food preparation and delivery, but join us and you can enjoy them, working two days a week, between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm. Gives opportunity to ease your way into a commercial kitchen We can help you build on your career Your role as a Meallmore Second Chef will include: Assist the Head Chef to plan, prepare, and cook meals according to dietary requirements and preferences of our residents. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Ensure Food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and resident satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience. Adhere to food budget guidelines and assist in minimising waste. Skills and Requirements: Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements and food allergies is desirable Strong culinary skills and creativity to prepare appetizing meals.
