Community Psychiatric Nurse

Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse – Adult Mental Health Team Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with the Adult Mental Health Team based in Richmond, London. This role offers hybrid working. Key Responsibilities * You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for adults with a range of mental health needs within the community. * Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care, ensuring seamless support for patients. * The role involves a combination of community-based work and remote working.
