Job Description Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN Qualified) Hourly Rate: £23.50 38.5 hours per week We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN Qualified) to join a dedicated nursing team at a beautiful Victorian-era care home, which boasts a Good CQC rating. This home specialises in nursing and dementia care and offers a tranquil environment for both residents and staff, with picturesque views and peaceful gardens. As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, providing leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will work closely with the team to deliver person-centred care to residents, while also managing clinical practices and supporting the development of staff. Requirements: RGN Qualification and valid UK NMC Pin (essential) Senior Nursing Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Deputy Nurse Manager in a similar setting. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Specialist Knowledge: Experience in nursing and dementia care, with a solid understanding of person-centred care practices. Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with residents and staff.
