The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the service provided meets the standards set by the regulatory bodies, overseeing staff recruitment, training and development, and ensuring that care plans are tailored to meet individual service user’s needs.QualificationsMinimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalentPrevious experience in a management position within the care sectorKnowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within the care sectorExcellent people management skills and ability to lead and motivate a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, their families, and staffGood analytical, planning, and organisational skills, and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesWillingness to undergo further training and development as required by the Company and regulatory bodies
