Main duties of the jobAs a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional personal care to residents, contributing to the care team to maintain continuity of services. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.
