Lead and manage healthcare projects at various scales, from inception to on-site delivery. Work on large, high-profile hospital projects, while also overseeing smaller, day-to-day initiatives. Ensure project management excellence in programming, resourcing, and deliverables. Apply a thorough understanding of the latest Building Regulations, Health Building Notes, and leading healthcare design practices. Utilise Revit/BIM in project execution, while effectively communicating in both written and verbal forms. Actively participate in business development and bid submissions, adding value to our growing healthcare portfolio. Demonstrable experience in healthcare architecture, particularly with larger-scale (£50m+) projects. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare planning, design standards, and building regulations. Proficiency in Revit/BIM, with strong communication and project leadership skills.
