Position: Care CoordinatorLocation: Brighton & Hove (BN2 6AH)Contract Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £24,400Reporting to: Branch ManagerRole:We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd.
