The group are looking to find an experienced leader to join a care home providing nursing and residential care to elderly residents.The home itself is based around the Hartlepool area and has some lovely foundations in place. Boasting a full staff team with minimal agency, this home is the perfect opportunity for a current manager to develop their career.The CandidateThe successful candidate will either be clinically qualified or have experience managing a nursing care home. A strong understanding of CQC framework, electronic care planning and marketing will be essential.They will be able to strategize an occupancy drive and support their staffing team, taking a motivational and encouraging approach. At the heart of the role, they will strive to provide excellent resident care and constantly be looking at ways to improve the service.
