The ideal candidate will have: Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) A proven track record as a Care Home Manager, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex care requirements. Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse care team. A steadfast commitment to advocating diversity, equality, and inclusion within the care home setting. Thorough understanding of regulatory mandates and best practices in care home management.
