Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker
Key duties and responsibilities
Assisting residents with daily personal care, such as washing, dressing, and mobility support.
Supporting residents with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health or wellbeing to senior staff.
Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities to enhance their quality of life.
Skills and attributes
A caring and patient nature.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.
