Job summaryPeterborough Community Team 1 part time care assistant working 28 hours per week We are looking for 1 part time health care assistants to join our small renal community team in Peterborough. The post is for 28 hours per week to be worked over 4 days between Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 8pm. Provide clinical and non-clinical support to the multi- professional team under the direction of an appropriate registered health care professional. Support the delivery of effective health care to patients/service users by undertaking duties as identified by the multi- professional team. Carry out designated clerical duties as delegated by the Ward/Unit Manager, Registered Nurse/health care professional. Maintain healthy working relationships with the multi-professional team, patient andusers. Undertake specified and unsupervised aspects of care and therapeutic intervention as delegated by the registered health care professional within an agreed protocol, sphere of responsibility and after completing appropriate competency- based training agreed by the Trust.
