We are seeking an Experienced Support Care Manager to join our client's team across Norfolk including Great Ellingham and Norwich supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their life their way. You'll have a fantastic team behind you, with the chance to make a significant impact. The position is full-time, requiring flexibility and participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
