As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily ward activities.
• Give guidance and mentorship to the nursing team and students.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth operation of the ward.
• Make safe and informed discharge judgments in collaboration with consultants.
• Deliver personalised, high-quality nursing care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
