We provide a full training and support programme to ensure you are confident in your role.We want to ensure our customers receive the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient.As a care assistant, you will support Customers to ensure that they are safe and well cared for in the comfort of their own home, and that all their needs and wishes are met whilst being treated with dignity and respect.Working as a care assistant is extremely rewarding and offers immense job satisfaction knowing that you are making a real difference in a person's life.
