Job Title: Staff Nurse Salary: £19.74 per hour Location: Ballymena Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Healthcare Staff Nurse role just opened in Ballymena!!! This role includes Dementia Care, Mental Health Care and General Nursing duties. The Nursing home is a lovely facility which is built for purpose, providing an excellent work environment and committed to providing the best quality care to its residents. This role would be excellent for any Staff nurse in and around the Ballymena Area. This role requires candidates with at least one full year of experience working within nursing homes. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this homes residents. Ensure that all residents receive the care outlined in their unique care plans. Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed. Monitor residents after administering medication for any normal, positive or negative effects of the drug/s. Ensure the safe storage and control of all stock drugs, making sure to prevent overstocking or out of date drugs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
