Role Description

We are seeking a hard working individual with previous experience as a Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our home care services to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of tailored care to their own specific requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling our Personal Care Assistants rotas to minimise changes to the service and travel time between clients.
  • Responding effectively to day to day changes in the care and support packages.
  • Coordinating, planning and managing staff cover and ensuing that changes are relayed as soon as possible on the rostering system.
  • Maintaining a good level of communication with care staff and clients alike.
  • Allocating our personal care assistants with their rotas to ensure that the care they deliver is of the highest standard possible.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience coordinating within the domiciliary care sector is essential.
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • QFC Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in using rostering software (Care Planner and Log my Care)
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring care services
  • Satisfactory pre-employment checks (Criminal DBS Check, References and Right to Work in the UK

Compensation Package. £27,000 to £30,000

Working Hours. 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
