Healthcare Telesales Specialist – Advanced Wound Care - LancashireThis organisation’s Wound Care Division is among the fastest growing wound care businesses within the UK. They continually aim to work in partnership with healthcare professionals by providing solution led products to meet the clinical needs of patient centred care.Working from their office in Lancashire, you will play a crucial role in bringing in access opportunities through engaging clinicians with their product portfolio.As such you will work to educate healthcare professionals with effective therapy area product positioning, validating and identifying opportunities to develop, meeting opportunities across all appropriate sectors in line with contact targets and objectives.Key responsibilities include:Provide regular systematic coverage of all relevant customers within target areas.Conduct outward bound calls, emails, SMS to proactively create an opportunity pipeline converting leads into contacts, following up requests and if needed booking appointments.Achieve contact (calls, emails, SMS) activity goals and meet KPI targets.Collaborate with field sales & marketing to understand products and be confident in positioning appropriately.Engaging with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to develop sales opportunities & appointments for our clinical / sales team follow up or to follow up personally with remote product demonstrations.Administer sales lead processes through our CRM Salesforce.com recording activities and managing lead allocation.Attending company training meetings to further develop personal knowledge and understanding.To deliver product presentations to specific customers groups supported by clinical evidence.Person Specification:Experienced telesales / sales account manager with lead to conversion success.Demonstrable and significant recent sales track record with practical experience of overcoming and handling sales objections.Experience meeting targets and KPIs.High personal accountability & integrityPassion to “make a difference” to healthAble to work effectively with a sense of urgencyExcellent customer focus and service skillsDemonstrate a ‘can do’ attitudeDemonstrable IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication Skills.In return, you can expect an excellent financial package, and you will also have the chance to represent a people-focused business that invests heavily in its UK business to remain at the forefront of the marketplace.Please apply online or contact CHASE for more details on 0131 553 6644.Reference Number: 34131
