Job Title: Diabetes Nurse Prescriber – Community-BasedTripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Diabetes Nurse Prescriber to work with the South Sefton Diabetes Team.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will provide expert diabetes management, including prescribing medications, and offering specialist care to patients in both clinic settings and during home visits.Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive diabetes care and support for patients in the community.Initially, support and guidance will be provided via shadow shifts to ensure a smooth transition into the role.Position Details:Location: South SeftonWork Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30Contract Duration: ASAP – 26/11/2024Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE availableRequirements:Band 7 Nurse with experience in diabetes management and prescribingAbility to work in both clinic and community settings, including home visitsHow to Apply:If you have the relevant experience for this role, please click 'Apply Now' to submit your CV.
