Care Assistant

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, compassionate Care Assistants to work at our client supporting older people with dementia. You will be required to assist with personal care, feeding and supporting rersidents in their everyday activiites ensuring a person centred approach and respecting their dignity at all times. Recruitment criteria * A minimum of 6 months experinence working in a care environment, preferably supporting older people with dementia * Checkable work references * Not on a sponsoship * Willing to complete a DBS or have a DBS on the update service * Up to date training or be prepared to undertake mandatory training with our trainer * Live locally or have access to a car * Be flexible and be able to work various shifts * Have a good work ethic * Want to make a diffrence to a residents life Job description * Asssist with personal care * Be an effective communicator * Assist with mobility (moving & handling) * Supporting residents with meals * Follow the homes policies and procedures * Be adaptable and confident in your skills and abilites If you are a person that wants to make a difference to peoples lives then I would love to talk to you
