Lead Care and Support Worker (Bradbury Gardens)

Job description We are seeking a Lead Care and Support Worker to join our Bradbury Gardens residence based in Cheltenham. Working as part of the management team you will support the effective running of a residential area. The role will include leading a team of Care and Support Workers (Facilitators) to provide a high standard of individualised care and promoting and encouraging learners and residents personal development. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have good people skills, and be able to plan and organise effectively. You will have at least 2 years care experience, ideally with people with a learning and/or physical disability. You will also have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. The post requires shift work, with early shifts starting at 7am and late shifts ending at 10 and 11pm with alternate weekend working. SYS-2106
