Job Title: Practice Nurse Days: 3-5 Days per week Location: Various locations across Liverpool to choose from Setting: GP Surgery Rates: £30 per hour Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a primary care setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing the patient experience. Responsibilities * Conducting patient assessments and providing nursing care in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines * Administering medications and vaccinations as prescribed by the healthcare provider * Assisting with patient education and health promotion initiatives * Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation * Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance nursing skills Qualifications * Degree in Nursing and current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body * Proven experience as a Practice Nurse in a primary care or community health setting * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team * Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Day-to-day As a Practice Nurse, you will spend your days providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and engaging in continuous learning to stay current with best practices.
