Your Role:

As part of the Children in Our Care Team, you'll work directly with children and young people to ensure their care plans are successfully progressed. You'll also:

• Promote family relationships where it's safe, helping children understand their experiences and why they became cared for
• Collaborate with resource workers to complete the Life Story work for children and young people, helping them make sense of their journey

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:

• A BSc in Social Work or equivalent
• Social Work England registration
• At least 1 year of experience in a children's social work setting
