Care Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Manager or Deputy Manager to oversee a domiciliary care service in the Bromley area. You will be expected to grow the business, taking on new packages and developing the hours of delivery supplied with support from experienced clinical and admin team. Responsibilities and Duties * Interact with CQC to ensure smooth operation of the business. * Delivering quality care while remaining compliant with regulatory standards. * Managing the daily operations of the business with full flexibility. * Hold or working towards level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent. * Have a pro-active attitude to develop business as we expect to grow * Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders. * Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of services. * Ensure robust safeguarding and health & safety practices.
