To ensure continuity for both Clients and Care Professionals, you will see the same Clients every week, with a minimum of 1 hour visits, enabling you to build a relationship and a routine focused around quality of life in the comfort of the clients home.You will have regular clients to make sure you are able to build professional relationships with them.Travel time is always allocated separate to the call duration.No Uniform- this breaks down the barrier to clients resistant to care.Being a Care Assistant means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first.
