This innovative new service, piloting Leeds City Council's new Community Health and Wellbeing model, gives Care Assistants the opportunity to provide a more flexible, personalised service. Working in a small community team, you will provide regular and consistent care to your clients, working with families and communities to strengthen connections and improve wellbeing. We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in in the LS12 and LS13 area of Leeds which includes: BramleyBradley HillTannery YardLower WortleyNew BlackpoolFar RoydsFarnleySilver Royd HillLow Moor SideNew FarnleyUpper Moor Side We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. Pay: £12.50 p/hr (drivers) / £12.00 p/hr (walkers)- travel time included Shift Pay rather than pay per call; allowing you to go Above & Beyond when supporting clients to achieve outcomes, maintain independence and build community connections.Mileage - 45p per mile for drivers & 20p per mile for cyclistsBonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which for this role include late shift working and alternate weekends.
