If you are passionate about providing the very best care, then this role could be the role for you.Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Live-in Care AssistantAs a Live-In Care Assistant you will be living with one of our customers or maybe even a couple to provide the very best care. You are there to be a companion, but also to help them remain independent in their own home and cherish all the memories they've made there. Providing personal care duties, Administering medication, Manual handling, using equipment where required, Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full. Household chores Meal preparation Shopping Social Outings Offering our customers companionship We are looking for carers with FULL DRIVING LICENCES & access to your own car.PLEASE NOTE we are unable to support those requiring sponsorship at this timeYour Experience and Suitability for the Live-in Care Assistant RolePrevious experience is a bonus but not a requirement. Live-in Care Assistants are matched to our customers to ensure our customers and you get along so the most important thing to us is that you are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if they were their own family.Because We Care About You Competitive rates of pay £101-£126 daily Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays If you use your own vehicle for customer use, you will be entitled to 35p per mile? Food allowance from the customer. You will also have a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WIFI. You will have regular contact with your manager along with access to our career pathway allowing you to gain qualifications to grow your knowledge and confidence to provide the very best care to our customers.
