Full Time Head Dental Nurse

Position: Qualified Nurse/Head Dental Nurse Location: Balham, London Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Salary: £14-£18 per hour (based on experience) Practice Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Early Finish)About Us: We are a well-established private dental practice in Balham, known for our commitment to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly and professional environment. Role Overview: As a Qualified Nurse/Head Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our practice, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess a valid GDC PIN, and be confident in managing both clinical and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is ready to take on a leadership role within our practice. Key Responsibilities: Assisting dentists in all clinical procedures. Managing the dental nursing team and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care. Stock management and ordering supplies. Providing support and training to junior staff members. Managing patient appointments and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Ensuring compliance with all GDC and CQC regulations.Requirements: Qualified Dental Nurse with a valid GDC PIN. Previous experience as a Head Dental Nurse is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
