Job Title: Community Nurse – Dementia Nursing Home Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to work in a Dementia Nursing Home in Liverpool. Both day and night shifts are available. Key Responsibilities * You will provide nursing care to residents in a dementia nursing home, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. * Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create care plans tailored to each resident's individual needs. * Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of residents, and liaise with families and external agencies as necessary.
