Roche Health Care are looking to recruit Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team at our Tudor House Care Home, Selby Salary: £11.44 per hour - + £5.00 per shift. Sun/Thurs - +£10.00 per shift Fri/Sat Hours: Nights (19.00pm - 07.00am) alternate weekends We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Our main priority for this is to find people with the right values, behaviours, and attitudes. that match our own. Above all we want someone who shares our values. These are: A commitment to quality. Having trust and respect for all our team Hold an NVC in health and social care or a willingness to undertake vocation training programme. Experience of working with older service users group preferred but not essential. Experienced of meeting the needs of older people is preferred but not essential.
