OverviewReference 206193 Salary £11.74 - £12.74/hour Job Location - United Kingdom -- England -- East of England -- Essex -- Loughton Job Type Permanent Posted 03 October 2024Radis Community Care are looking for a Full Time Support workers to join our team at Honeytree Court, Loughton.Day - 7am - 9pm (can be split to early and late shifts), includes alternative weekends!Radis Community Care (Honey Tree Court) offers Dementia, Mental Health, Older People (65+), Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments and Younger Adults (Under 65) care.At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role. About the roleAs a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be predominately supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence. The role involves aiding residents with restricted mobility to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.The role will require you to assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
