The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Children's Social Care,you will be part of an experienced senior leadership team, leading and managing operational teams.The Assistant Director will create the right culture and environment for the workforce to flourish and ensuring operational plans are delivered are core to the job.

About You

We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record in delivering and leading complex children's services. You will be responsible for leading our vision of being an Outstanding Corporate parent for our children looked after and care leavers, putting children at the heart of all we do.Championing our supporting disabled children service and regulated provision, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.You will work collaboratively to lead and embed a performance focused culture to deliver high quality outcomes for our most vulnerable children and young people.
