About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and caring Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with individual care plans. Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform clinical assessments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Support and mentor junior staff and healthcare assistants. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to clinical guidelines, infection control protocols, and health and safety standards. Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
