Proud to Care are currently recruiting for permanent care workers to work for our client in a residential home in the Isle of Axholme, North Lincolnshire.
We are looking for experienced carers on behalf of our client who have a passion for care and are looking for a new opportunity within a residential care home. This role would suit an individual who has previously worked within residential and domiciliary care. Due to the location of this role, you would need to have your own transport for this role and be able to work weekends.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Personal care
- Assisting with medications
- Ensuring all needs are met as outlined in their own personal care plan.
- Independent working alongside working in a team.
- Maintaining communication with staff and service users.
Requirements:
- Previous Care Experienced Needed
- Must have Full UK drivers License
- Own Transport
- Strong communication skills in English verbal and written.
- Must be willing to work weekends
