Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN/RNLD)
Salary: £65,000
37.5 hours per week + On call duties
We're seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN/RNLD) to help manage operations and ensure quality care for patients with mental health and learning disabilities. You'll oversee clinical care, ensure compliance, and support the Hospital Manager in leading the team. The ideal candidate will have a background as a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
Qualifications
RMN or RNLD qualification, with a valid and clear UK NMC Pin
Extensive experience in mental health settings, including adult acute and PICU
A minimum of 3 years' experience at Senior Management level, including managing change
Experience of working with partner organisations, commissioners, and external stakeholders
Able to enthuse and inspire others using advanced communication, presentation skills
Demonstrable experience of working with budgets and using financial and activity information to support the management of services
Experience of interpreting and analysing highly complex information and managing high complex circumstances

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and clinical staff
Interpret and analyse complex information and manage complex circumstances
Collaborate with other statutory and voluntary agencies in partnership working
Set, monitor, and evaluate standards for high-quality care
Prepare and present reports at senior management level
Effectively manage therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging behaviours
Work with partner organizations, commissioners, and external stakeholders
Inspire and motivate others using advanced communication and presentation skills
