Female Complex Care Worker

Lincoln Healthcare Group are seeking female complex care support workers to join an established team in Newcastle upon Tyne. Lincoln Healthcare Group do not offer sponsorships. The client requires 24/7 care with waking night shifts. Supporting all aspects of daily living we are looking to recruit experienced workers with background awareness of ABI and other life limiting health conditions. Working on a 2:1 &1:1 basis the shift patterns are variable with the opportunity for extra hours covering annual leave etc within the team. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, however full clinical training will be delivered by our CQC Registered Nurse Manager This post is subject to a satisfactory Adult Workforce Enhanced DBS Desirable requirements. * Flexibility to work within a team providing 24/7 support. * Minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience (In the past 3 years) * NVQ Level 2 qualification in Adult Social Care or willing to complete the full Care Certificate during induction period (3 months) * Excellent communication skills and a friendly and caring personality.
