Social Care Assessor Enfield £23/hr Start date: ASAP Full time: 36/hrs a week 3 - 6 months contract Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Social Care Assessor in the Enfield area. The role is ideal for those who are looking for a short term contract. Job Purpose: The team consists of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Assessors, sharing best practice and driving innovation. We currently have Social Work position available in East Locality Team supporting Older People, Physical Disabilities, and Vulnerable Adults. You will be required to carry out timely reviews, to ensure that needs are met, short-term & long-term working closely with Health & MDT colleagues case management. You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of personal budgets. Ideal candidate to have recent experience with working with Older People, Physical Disabilities and Vulnerable Adults. The role requires quick and dynamic practitioner to work alongside the Review Team. Experience of eclipse system desirable
